The Bonifanti mission is to produce excellence. Quality for us means selecting and procuring only the very best ingredients, using painstakingly slow methods based on the best pastry baking traditions and employing state-of-the-art machinery specifically designed to enhance the features of the end product and ensure top-level hygiene and constant quality over time.


Despite the strictly artisan approach, the Bonifanti quality system was certified in July 2005 according to ISO 9001:2000 (Vision 2000) to guarantee reliable, constant quality results.

  Since September 2011 Bonifanti is also accreditated, by biennal inspections, by an english institution on behalf of one of the most prestigious European chains, which is specialized for making products of the highest quality and cosidered unanimously at the leading position in the control of the food safety.

Awards and Prizes

Selected by an international panel of experts, from over 6000 different products, with tastings done blindly, the glazed Panettone Classico Bonifanti has gained recognition GREAT TASTE AWARD 2014, with the highest score of the three gold stars, attribute only ten sweet specialties of the whole world.
